    What products are covered under the warranty?

    1-Year Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

    Which products include free upgrade and warranty?

    Not all products are eligible. Only items marked on the product page with “1-Year Warranty” or “Free Upgrade” are entitled to these services.

    What is a free upgrade?

    If our products have an upgrade, the product page will show different production batches such as V1, V2, V3. Customers just need to provide proof of purchase and pay the shipping and handling fee to enjoy the upgrade.

    Can I apply if I purchased from another channel?

    Yes, as long as you purchased directly from BLUEWING’s sales platforms,not from third-party distributors. Please provide valid order details and proof of purchase so our team can assist you.
